I checked this book out because of positive mentions by Merlin Mann and Kevin Kelly. I didn't really find anything new in this book. It's a very straightforward how-to book for anyone who should be on Clean House or Clean Sweep (which the author co-hosts). I expected the book to speak to different levels of organization, but the book is focused on how to help those who can't ever through anything away. If you watch any of the cleaning shows you've already heard the material in this book.
